Companion Animal Alliance (CAA) provides access to low-cost veterinary services and resources for eligible pet owners. Services are provided as resources and funding are available and may vary based on program eligibility, current capacity, and available funding.

This form is for owned-pet veterinary care inquiries only. Community cat Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) requests must be submitted through our separate Community Cat resource page.
CAA does not provide emergency veterinary care.
Veterinary services are only provided during scheduled appointment times. Services are not available outside of scheduled appointments. If your pet is experiencing a life-threatening emergency or requires immediate medical attention, please seek care from a veterinary emergency provider.
