Summer Camps
Camp Luv-A-Pet
Camp Luv-A-Pet provides children aged 6-8 with the opportunity to learn safe interactions with animals, proper pet care, and insights into animal shelters. Participants engage in hands-on experiences with shelter animals, enjoy arts and crafts activities, and partake in games during the camp.
Time: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
Camp Unleashed
Camp Unleashed provides children aged 9-11 with education on safe interaction with animals, animal behavior, animal shelter operations, and methods to enhance the lives of shelter animals. Participants will also gain insight into advocating for shelter animals.
Time: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
Camper Requirements:
Each camper should bring an individually wrapped snack and a lunch with them each day. Please make sure lunches and snacks are nut-free.
Participants should not arrive before 7:50 am.
Campers should enter on the side of the building labeled staff entrance.
We ask that all campers wear their CAA camp shirt on the last day of camp.
Campers should wear closed-toed shoes each day.
What is the camp cancellation policy?
For installment plans or paid-in-full:
Cancellations received 21 days or more before the day of camp will receive a full refund.
Cancellations received less than 21 days prior to the day of the camp will forfeit any paid camp fees.
All cancellation requests must be emailed to programs@caabr.org
If a camp has to be canceled due to lack of participation, you will receive a full refund for all camp fees paid, returned to the original form of payment.
